This out of town transportation service is in high demand - we recommend calling Jasper County Community Services first to
get a list of available dates then contacting your doctor's office.   All days are booked on a first come first serve basis. 

Rates vary by mileage.  

Medicaid billing is available.  (if for any reason your medicaid does not pay for the trip, the passenger will be billed separately)
